Does The Stork Bag Cover Custom/Duties Charged By Destination Country?

No. The Stork Bag is a US company that happily delivers to customers throughout the world. Based on laws imposed by customs and border protection, fees may be charged when exporting/importing products. The amount of fees charged by the buyer’s/recipient’s destination country is unknown by The Stork Bag and is the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

All orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country.

When are shipping days?

Shipping schedule is as followed:

  • Mondays (Morning)
  • Wednesdays (Morning)
  • Fridays (Morning)

Cut off times to make morning shipments is 9:00am (CST) on shipping days, all orders placed after 9:00am on shipping days will be shipped on the next shipping day. All Stork Bags are shipped via USPS Priority*.


Shipping days will be modified accordingly during USPS closures. In the event that USPS is closed on one of the shipping days, orders will ship on the next business day. 

*Domestic (USA) customers only. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International delivery.  

Do you have coupons for The Stork Bag? If so, how can I get one?

Yes, we love to offer deals and promo codes for The Stork Bag. The best way to get a coupon is to follow us on Instagram and/or sign up for our newsletter.

How can I get my product in The Stork Bag? Any specific requirements?

To submit a request for product inclusion please complete the form under the “Product Submission” tab located in the footer section of our website. We are always looking for awesome, new products for our Stork Bags!

Do you give away sponsored Stork Bags for reviews?

Are Stork Bags sold in stores?

Yes, we’re slowly partnering with physical and online retailers. Right now, you can find our Stork Bags in Hip & Zwanger (International retailer) online and C Y All in One Boutique (physical location) in Atlanta, GA. Continue to check back as we add additional retail partners.

How many items in each Stork Bag?

Each Stork bag has between 8-12 items. Items range from full-sized to sample-sized.

How long does it take to receive a Stork Bag?

Each Stork Bag is sent by USPS priority mail. Typically, the shipping takes about 2-3 business days depending on your location. Processing and handling is usually 2 day or less.

When are subscription Stork Bags mailed out?

The first trimester Stork Bag is mailed out immediately after we receive the order. You will then receive your second and third trimester Stork Bags automatically exactly 12 weeks apart. If you are already in your 2nd trimester or close to it, you may want to consider 2 Stork Bags + PostBump Bag *Prepaid Subscription*.

In the unfortunate event of a miscarriage, what happens if I purchased a subscription? Can I get my money back?

Yes, there is also the option of pausing your subscription and resuming at a later date. If a refund is requested, it will be prorated for the Stork Bags not yet delivered, each situation will be handled individually based on what works best for the customer.

Do you provide refunds?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not. We do replace broken or defective items free of charge.

Do you ship internationally as well? Is there an extra charge?

Yes, we do. We ship wherever there are mommies! All shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout excluding additional customs/duty fees. Any additional customs/duties charged by the buyer’s home country is the responsibility of the buyer. If you purchase a subscription you save on shipping cost with flat rate fees. When shopping for a subscription, be sure to select the option that says “For International (including Canadian) Customers ONLY”
